There is a group of us on The Bloom Forum who have been chatting about and trying our hand with food photography for months now.
So we set out to cook various recipes from the cookbook + style and photograph them.
This recipe is on page 119 of the cookbook. It is a pear & goat cheese flat-bread pizza with caramelized onions then topped with arugula mix.
So good. Really. So very good.
I will probably try to make the flat-bread a little flatter next time as it really puffed up once I got it on the grill. I will also try for more of the onions and cheese. I went kind of light on those & I wished there was just more to the toppings with all that bread.
