Allison, I adore these images. Zucchini is a favorite vegetable of mine, anyway, so I love that you highlighted it. I cannot wait to try this recipe out – I love ways of using zucchini raw. But as far as photography goes, I love the styling here. I love the simplicity. I love the composition. It is first thing in the morning here and still, I want to come through the screen and get a taste of that dish! To me, that means success in your food photo!

These turned out wonderful and the recipe sounds fantastic!
I know what you mean about brussels sprouts-I swear, it is so hard to take a good photo of them. They were one of the veggies I tried for this challenge as well since I love to eat them. I even searched the web for inspiration but all I found was a million ways NOT to shoot brussels! I think you made the right choice going with the zucchini
